In 1986, UPF opened its doors and introduced the UPF Poly-Tank to the Fire Service Industry. More than 20 years later, UPF services many industries with a variety of custom-fabricated plastic products.
Fire products include: the #1 tank in the Fire Service Industry, the Poly-Tank® water/foam tank; the PolySide® wetside tank; the Ellipse™ elliptical tank; the Defender™ skid unit series; the Protector™ foam trailers; and a variety of poly accessories and components for apparatus.
Shortly after UPF opened its doors, the Industrial line of products was introduced. UPF has built plastic products for many industries including agriculture, medical, recreation and waste treatment. Products include: holding tanks, neutralization tanks, polypropylene reels, laboratory sinks, irrigation units, cabinets and counters, to name a few.
In 1994, UPF introduced the PolyBody to the service and utility body industry. These polypropylene side packs resists dents and dings, can be transferred from chassis to chassis, and will never rust or corrode.
